Michael is Managing Director & Head of Food, Consumer & Retail for BMO Capital Markets. He also serves on the BMO Capital Markets Management Committee.

Prior to joining BMO Capital Markets, Michael was a Managing Director in Equity Capital Markets at Morgan Stanley where he had primary transaction origination responsibility in oil & gas and healthcare for registered common equity, corporate equity derivatives, convertibles and private placements. Prior to Morgan Stanley, Michael was in the Equity Capital Markets Group at Bank of America. In addition to his extensive experience in oil & gas and healthcare, Michael has also bookrun transactions in FC&R, technology, industrials, financial services and business services, including the education sector.
