Retrofitting Canada's Building Sector: Efficiency Canada’s Corey Diamond in Conversation

house

For Canada to reach its goal of being net zero by 2050, we’re going to have to retrofit our entire building sector, cutting emissions from residential, commercial and industrial real estate by about half by 2030 and down to zero by 2050. It’s a monumental task, involving a tripling of the current scale and pace.

Join Susan McGeachie, Head of the BMO Climate Institute, as she hosts this special, earth day podcast with Corey Diamond, Executive Director of Efficiency Canada, to discuss a reframing of the Canadian real estate energy paradigm within a generation.
