This year, we are proud to celebrate the 20th anniversary of BMO’s Equity Through Education program. Since 2005, the Equity Through Education program has donated institutional equity trading commissions to charitable organizations to provide diverse and bright students with post-secondary educational support.
The Equity Through Education program helped students like Candace Lee Lickers pursue post secondary education. “This Equity Through Education program is just one example of how BMO does banking differently,” says Candace. After finishing her education, Candace joined BMO. She is now a Program Manager of Indigenous Implementation and continues to grow the good.
Along with the success of the students, the program has continued to grow. To further our impact, BMO InvestorLine is joining the program for the 20th anniversary.
It's inspiring to see BMO is supporting the next generation of leaders and nurturing the growth of our communities, breaking down barriers and promoting diversity, equity and inclusion.
