The BMO Capital Markets New York City Scholarship Program is cultivating and building relationships with diverse talent of future generations.
Now in its second year, the Program recently opened up applications for its F’22 grants, partnering once again with the Francis Lewis High School (FLHS) and the Francis Lewis High School Alumni Association to work with graduating students who are interested in financial services.
We are excited to announce that Michelle Luo and Jasmin Medina have been selected as recipients of this year’s BMO Capital Markets New York City scholarship!
“In Capital Markets, we continue to invest in diverse talent and are committed to ensuring we create a talent pipeline that is inclusive and growth-oriented,” says Brad Rothbaum, Managing Director & Head, U.S. Global Markets & Interim Chief Operating Officer. “We’re committed to driving financial education and mentorship, and this program is an opportunity to create sustainable changes within financial services when it comes to diversity of talent.”
In addition to receiving financial support for their tuition of up to $10,000 per year at a City University of New York (CUNY) college, both Michelle and Jasmin will take part in a variety of engagement and mentorship opportunities within BMO Capital Markets during their college program.
We look forward to supporting Michelle and Jasmin as they embark on their respective degrees and are eager to welcome them to our BMO Capital Markets team as they explore potential career opportunities within financial services!
