Victoria shares her story with us about how the Financial Women’s Association and the Equity Through Education scholarship provided much needed financial support and helped shape who she is today. Inspired by the mentors at FWA, she looks forward to the day when she will be able to give back to future generations by becoming a mentor herself.
BMO’s Equity Through Education program celebrates 15 years of boldy growing the good through donations to charitable organizations like FWA that support scholarships, education, and inclusion. Since 2005, ETE has donated more than $20 million, helping nearly 5,000 students.
