After opting out of the capital markets industry to raise her three sons, Mary Ann Mendes found her way back in to the workforce, through the Women in Capital Markets, Return to Bay Street program. These days Mary Ann is giving back by mentoring new Return to Bay Street candidates as well women in other programs supported by BMO’s Equity Through Education.
On September 25th ETE celebrates 15 years of donating institutional equity trading commissions to charitable organizations that support scholarships, education, and inclusion.
