BMO is a proud founding sponsor of the Women in Capital Markets (WCM), Return to Bay Street (RTBS) program that has been helping women relaunch careers in the capital markets industry since 2010. Through funding from the BMO Equity Through Education program—WCM's RTBS award program recruits talented mid to senior professional women and provides the opportunity to resume their careers at similar levels as when they left.
