In today’s competitive market, Buyers want to optimize their supply chains, and Sellers want to optimize their working capital.
Buyers and Sellers can achieve these goals by entering into an Approved Payable Financing solution.
Here’s how it works:
The Seller sends an invoice to the Buyer for goods or services sold.
The Buyer approves the invoice and transmits it to BMO through an electronic platform.
The Seller can then log into the platform, where they have the option of requesting early payment.
If they DO request early payment, BMO pays a discounted amount to the Seller on the Buyer’s behalf.
When the invoice is due, the platform automatically remits the funds back to BMO.
If an early payment wasn’t made, the platform remits funds directly to the Seller instead.
Through this process, Buyers benefit from improved cash flow
