Alex is the head of the BMO Capital Partners and Mid-Market Mergers & Acquisitions lines of business with a focus on private equity, subordinated debt and M&A transactions across Canada. Alex brings over 20 years of experience in investment, project, and structured financing. Alex joined BMO in 1998 and has held a variety of senior level positions within BMO Financial Group.
Alex is a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario and has a BA (Honours) from Queens University at Kingston.
