Ashley is currently Head, Industry Initiatives & Partnerships at BMO’s Canadian Commercial Bank and leads a team of business development professionals driving growth and exceptional customer experience for our clients. With over 16 years of financial experience, Ashley is known as a “complexity slayer” at BMO and is frequently brought in to lead programs during times of change.

She has had the opportunity to contribute to many lines of business, including Sponsor Coverage, Public Sector, Diversified Industries, Indigenous Banking and Agriculture and her leadership during the pandemic was key to the development of financial relief programs for Canadian businesses. Ashley is also actively involved in BMO for Women and mentorship programs at BMO.

Ashley has a Bachelor of Science, Honours degree in Financial Mathematics with a minor in Physics from Wilfrid Laurier University. Ashley has been Co-Chair of both Bridgepoint Active Healthcare's Emerging Leader Board and Co-Chair of the Future Sinai Board.
