Candace Lee is the national program manager for BMO’s On-Reserve Housing Loan Program. Prior to joining BMO, Candace Lee led the rebrand of her home community’s Elected Council and Administration; Six Nations of the Grand River Territory and through the COVID-19 pandemic as the community’s Emergency Information Officer. Since joining BMO, she managed enterprise, and technology and operations communications before joining the Customer Segments team. Candace Lee holds a Masters in Business Administration from Lakehead University. As a First Nation member, Candace Lee is very passionate about climate sustainability and how ancestorial practices help support those initiatives.
