Catherine Sierakowski is a Managing Director and Group Head of the Corporate Banking Real Estate Group, based in Chicago.

Catherine has spent her entire career at BMO, starting off in the BMO Capital Markets training program. She spent seven years in the Financial Institutions Group before transitioning to Commercial Real Estate (“CRE”) as a Relationship Manager. Within CRE, she helped build out the institutional client space and in 2021 Catherine was promoted to the role of Team Lead of BMO CRE’s National Core Business. She took on her new role in Capital Markets in June 2023.

Catherine is a member of the Start Early Auxiliary Board, President of the Chicago Real Estate Lenders Association and is a member of CHIEF.
