Delaney is an analyst on the U.S. Rates Strategy team at BMO Capital Markets. Her primary focus is the U.S. Treasury market, including primary and secondary market trading dynamics and broader macroeconomic trends. In addition, she provides daily commentary on a variety of fiscal and monetary policy developments and their implications for financial markets.

Prior to joining the strategy team, Delaney was part of BMO’s global markets rotational program, gaining broad-based experience on the trading floor in Cross Asset Solutions and Agency MBS Trading following her time as a Summer Analyst on the Rates Trading desk. Before that, Delaney was an international recruiting intern for the Pittsburgh Pirates and a software engineering intern at AeroVironment, Inc.

Delaney holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Chicago where she earned Academic All-American honors as a member of the softball team.
