Gary joined BMO Capital Markets in 2000 and leads the Investment & Corporate Banking team in Europe, whereby he is responsible for the origination and execution of Mergers & Acquisitions transactions, IPO’s and financing solutions across the capital structure of global metals and mining companies.

In his previous BMO role, he worked as a senior M&A practitioner advising clients across a number of industries on over $100 billion worth of successfully, completed M&A mandates.

Gary holds an MBA from Wake Forest University, a BSc from The University of Western Ontario and is a CFA Charterholder.
