Glenn joined BMO Capital Markets in 1992. Prior to his current role, Glenn was Co-Head of Investment & Corporate Banking and Head of Mergers & Acquisitions. Glenn has been involved in numerous complex advisory roles including takeover defence, public acquisitions, proxy fights, divestitures, recapitalizations and demutualizations. Glenn holds a B.Eng. and an M.B.A. from McGill University and received the gold medal in each of these programs
