Ken is a senior analyst in BMO Capital Markets Equity Research, covering the agribusiness, packaged food, and protein sectors. In 2012, StarMine ranked Ken third in estimating earnings for the food products industry. In 2005, Institutional Investor named Ken the best up-and-coming analyst in the food industry, while StarMine ranked him second in estimating earnings for the food products industry. Previously, he had been a research analyst at Morgan Stanley, covering the agribusiness and food service sectors. His prior experience also includes First Manhattan Consulting Group, where he consulted on business strategy and risk analysis for large financial institutions. Ken began his career at Morgan Stanley as an analyst in its risk management/credit division. Ken joined BMO Capital Markets in 2004.
Ken holds an MA in international economics and finance, and a bachelor of arts from Brandeis University. Ken is also a CFA charterholder.
