Lee McClure is a Managing Director in the Financial Sponsors Group at BMO Capital Markets, based in San Francisco. He advises private equity firms on M&A transactions, strategic alternatives, and capital solutions, working closely with sponsors and management teams throughout the investment lifecycle.

Prior to joining BMO, Lee was in the Financial Sponsors Group at UBS and also spent several years at Credit Suisse. Earlier in his career, Lee held roles at Citigroup, where he focused on consumer and broader investment banking assignments.

He holds an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Utah.
