Marc-Andre Bergeron is Managing Director and Head of Global Corporate Transaction Banking for BMO Capital Markets. In this role, he has responsibility for North American Treasury & Payment Solutions, Global Trade Finance, Corporate Cards, Supply Chain Finance and Corporate Banking Asia.

Marc-Andre started his career at BMO in 1997 as a Commercial Account Manager and then joined the Corporate Finance Division in 2001 as a Business Development Manager in Treasury & Payment Solutions. He moved through progressively senior roles in Asset Based Lending, Diversified Industries, and Real Estate Finance. In his various roles he gained experience financing larger private and public companies across various industry sectors, private equity and leverage finance, infrastructure, public private partnership financing and real estate.
