Based out of Toronto, Mayu manages the Global Trade Canada sales team, which markets traditional trade finance and supply chain finance solutions for Corporate and large Commercial clients. The team has offices in Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto and Montreal. Mayu has over 15 years of experience in trade finance and, prior to joining BMO in 2015, he held positions at another large Canadian Bank, a bulge bracket US Bank and two technology startups, including positions in Singapore and New York.

He has an MBA from University of the Toronto’s Rotman School of Management and an undergraduate degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Waterloo. Mayu is also CFA charterholder.
