Peter is Global Co-head of Equity Capital Markets at BMO Capital Markets. In this role, he is responsible for developing and executing equity and equity-linked financing solutions for corporate clients. He is responsible for overseeing a wide variety of follow-on and initial public equity offerings primarily in mining, industrials, real estate, technology and financial services.

Prior to joining BMO Capital Markets in 2003, he spent five years with Salomon Smith Barney in London. Peter began his investment banking career in 1994 in the Mergers and Acquisitions group at Burns Fry, which merged with Nesbitt Thomson to create BMO Nesbitt Burns.

Peter has a bachelor’s degree in engineering and a master’s in business administration and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

He is currently a Director of the Board of the Scarborough Health Network Foundation.
