Phillip is an analyst in the BMO Capital Markets Equity Research group and covers U.S. Energy, which includes the Integrated Oil, Exploration & Production, Refining, and Oilfield Services sectors. Phillip joined BMO in 2009 from Merrill Lynch, where he was a vice president in the global equity research department. Prior to that, Phillip worked in the global capital markets group of PricewaterhouseCoopers, advising on SEC registration requirements for cross-border transactions, IPOs, debt issuance, and carve-outs. He began his career at Deloitte & Touche in the audit, assurance, and advisory department.

Phillip earned a bachelor of science in business administration from California Polytechnic University. He is also a CFA charterholder and CPA.
