Rebecca leads BMO’s North American Treasury Management, Corporate Card, Commercial Deposit and Trade Finance product team driving strategy, product innovation and management for working capital solutions serving Business Banking, Commercial Banking, and Capital Markets clients.

Rebecca joined BMO in 2005 in the Corporate Strategy group and has held progressively senior roles in numerous areas including Retail Credit Card Products; COO, BMO Insurance; COO, BMO Wealth Management; and Regional President, Private Wealth Ontario leading client-facing teams. Most recently, Rebecca was Head, Business to Consumer (B2C) Platform Strategy & Operations for Personal & Wealth in Tech and Ops leading Digital First business operations, technology risk management, and supplier management for an extensive North American technology portfolio.

Rebecca is a passionate leader both at BMO and in the community. She has previously sat BMO’s Enterprise Black & Latino Advisory Council and has led many initiatives at BMO supporting diversity, equity and inclusion including forming BMO’s partnership with the Black Professionals in Tech Network.

Rebecca recently served on the Board of Directors for the United Way Waterloo, Board of Directors for the Boys & Girls Club of Canada Foundation, and the Young People’s Theatre.

Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and an MBA from Queen’s University.
