As a member of the BMO Capital Markets Economic Risk team, Sarah Howcroft conducts economic, financial and risk analysis across a range of countries and sectors. She produces country reviews for various business and risk management functions within the organization, and contributes to BMO Economics’ monthly commodity price publication, The Goods, focusing on metals. Sarah joined BMO in 2016, following time spent at the Bank of Canada, the Ontario Securities Commission and another major Canadian financial institution. She holds an undergraduate degree from Queen’s University, a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Toronto and the CFA designation.
