Seth Prostic

Seth Prostic is Co-Head of U.S. Mergers and Acquisitions, where he focuses on the business services, education and media industries. 

Over the past 20 years, Seth has developed extensive transaction and strategic advisory experience. He advises public and private clients through a variety of assignments, including acquisitions, divestitures and carve-outs. 

Prior to joining BMO Capital Markets, Seth worked at Lazard Frères in its mergers and acquisitions department and at Morgan Stanley in both mergers and acquisitions and their retail industry group.

Seth received an MBA with honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts from Yale University.

Seth is a board member and former Chairman of the Children’s Research Fund. He’s also a board member and executive committee member of the Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago Foundation, and serves on the board of the MetaCancer Foundation.
