California AB 1305 Disclosure Notice
Effective January 1, 2025, Section 44475 of California Assembly Bill 1305 – Voluntary Market Disclosures (AB 1305), also known as the Voluntary Carbon Market Disclosures Act (VCMDA), mandates that entities involved in the marketing or sale of voluntary carbon offsets within the state of California disclose certain information about any voluntary carbon offsets being marketed or sold, as well as the projects generating those offsets. Below is a list of past and current projects being marketed and/or sold by BMO. Please note that this list is not exhaustive and may be updated from time to time.
