Our North American focus is a competitive advantage with 30 professionals in Canada and 20 in the U.S. covering all real estate asset classes. BMO’s full-service capabilities include equity capital markets, debt capital markets, private placements, mergers and acquisitions advisory, and equity and fixed income research.

In Canada, we have a merchant banking group specializing in investing passive capital along side our clients in real estate development projects. Our real estate capabilities in the U.S. include a leading CMBS business active in SASB and conduit debt financings.
