Delegates from nearly 200 nations will arrive in Glasgow for the 26th United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP26), tasked with reaching actionable agreements that truly help lead us to a net zero world.

Alongside COP26, BMO will be attending the Sustainable Innovation Forum (SIF). The hybrid event takes place November 8-10, in parallel to one of the most important UN climate-centered conferences of our time. It will give thought leaders a platform to engage and debate around their role in the transition to net zero, over the course of three days.

I hope you can join me and delegates from BMO Capital Markets, BMO Global Asset Management and the newly-formed BMO Climate Institute, which will make its public stage debut with a video address to delegates.

You can register to attend virtually here: https://cop26.uk/innovation-zone/registration/digital.

BMO Financial Group is committed to being our clients’ lead partner in the economic transition to a sustainable future by driving long-term value and growth, through our climate ambition and our pledge to join the Net-Zero Banking Alliance (NZBA)

This is the start of a new revolution, in innovation, in technology and in the way the world will operate, and we are committed to being a part of the journey, aligned to our Purpose, to boldly grow the good in business and in life.
