Brad Hardie
Managing Director, North American Head of Financial Institutions
Brad has more than 22 years of investment banking experience and is responsible for leading the firm’s transaction advice and capital raising services in the Canadian bank, trust, insurance, asset management and exchange sectors.
His experience extends across numerous equity and debt financings, infrastructure finance, privatizations and mergers and acquisition transactions for corporate and government clients.
Brad has worked in both our Toronto and Vancouver offices and has headed the Financial Institutions Investment Banking group since 2004.
Prior to joining BMO Capital Markets, Brad worked in the mergers and acquisitions group of Ernst & Young, principally in London, England.
Brad received his Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto and is a Canadian CPA and CA.
