Equity Through Education
Equity Through Education (ETE) is BMO's education-focused community investment program, supporting students from post-secondary access through workforce readiness. Building on more than 20 years of impact, ETE brings together community investments that help students pursue post-secondary education, complete their studies and prepare for meaningful careers.
Through partnerships with organizations across the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom, ETE supports programs that help students overcome barriers, build skills and access opportunities that contribute to long-term success. These partnerships provide a range of supports, including financial assistance, mentorship, academic resources, career exploration and workforce readiness programming tailored to the needs of students and their communities.
Since its inception in 2005, Equity Through Education has contributed more than C$35 million and helped support more than 5,500 students through scholarships, bursaries, mentoring, internships and career development opportunities. Building on this strong foundation, ETE continues to create pathways to education, career readiness and economic opportunity for students across the communities we serve.
